Initially, when I first picked up a camera, I started with landscape photography. However, as our family began to grow, my photography desires began to shift. My son will be turning 7 this year, and already, I can't figure out where the time went! I wish I would have started my photo documenting so much sooner. So, here's my why...

I want to capture those important moments and milestones for other families, and this is why my focus is more directed towards family photography. I like the intimacy, connection, and the changes that come with the seasons. I want to lock those moments in time for you and for your children when they are older. Memories that really do last a lifetime in the palm of your hand, covering the walls of your home, and close to you on your coffee table. "Do you remember that time when... ?" 

What's more? I want to make sure your experience is the most authentic, organic and natural experience possible. Most of my photos are candid with a small handful of posed scenes. The idea is to catch your family during the most beautiful moments.
